For several years prior to meeting Lily, my husband and I struggled to sell our lodging/retreat center on the Oregon Coast - a daunting prospect in an economically challenging market. Lily worked with us to clear our subconscious resistance to selling Oregon House, to clear the land so that it would open up to the change, and also to clear any resistance to potential buyers. Within four months, we accepted a cash offer. 

Later in the summer of 2013, we sought Lily’s expertise again, this time to clear the way to sell our home in Seal Rock. By November, we had sold that property and bought a house in Eugene, completing the changes we had sought to make. All this was accomplished in less than a year in a still difficult property market. We are so grateful to Lily for her kindness, patience and brilliant skill with S.R.T., and for guiding us through this challenging time so gracefully.

Many times I have tried different techniques for a couple of days with no success and then I would call Lily and in about an hour and sometimes less, she was able to defuse the mood.
