About Lily
Little did I know that the trauma and profoundly challenging emotions of my childhood would turn out to be a blessing. These experiences would set the stage for me to embrace life as a journey toward permanent healing and self love.
In my early thirties I received an MA in counseling and began working with teens. Through this work I started seeing more of my own wounded self and began to seek guidance. I greatly benefited from studying the work of Byron Katie. I also found the Enneagram to be helpful, as well as Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). Eventually, I integrated all of these into my counseling practice.
Fourteen years ago, my spiritual journey deepened profoundly with a diagnosis of breast cancer. Cancer put me face-to-face with my own mortality and led me to investigate the true meaning of life. Who am I really? What happens when I die? Seeking answers to these questions led me to the teachings of Non-Duality, in which I have been immersed for ten years. This journey has opened the door to greater peace, joy and wisdom.
Five years ago, I encountered Spiritual Response Technique (SRT). I have found SRT to be the technique that is most powerful in bringing about immediate shifts and release of deeply held issues. Some examples: Someone who has not talked to his brother in 10 years suddenly hears from him. Someone who has not slept well for years suddenly has restful nights. A house that has been on the market for years sells, and allows a couple to finally retire. I consider SRT to be the jewel of my long and wonderful journey thus far.
